Hi, Ed. Hope things are well in southern Ca and at CIW. I am about to be released from parole in the next few weeks. I am very excited. As always, you and your ministry are in my prayers. Your group helped me get back on track. I am now VP of women’s ministries and one of the pianists in my church. When God does a work in your life, He does it completely! I am so happy to be involved in my church, and to be used for His purpose. Let me know if there are any specifics I need to pray about.

During the years 2004-2006, I was incarcerated at CIW. It was one of the darkest times of my life, and I was so hungry for God’s Word. Knowing my need, God sent an amazing ministry team in Jesus is the Key. Through Chaplain Ed and his team, I not only learned more about the Bible and how God wants me to apply it to my life, but I was encouraged and loved. Today, almost 6 years from my parole from CIW, I have not lost touch with those who brought me through such a dark time. I am so grateful for their presence in my life, and now that I am “free” I praise God that they continue to do God’s work in the lives of others.
